Gprop Guide — The Official Building App
Gprop is the official visitor management and building operations system for 1120 Park Avenue. It handles visitor registration, maintenance payments, and facility access.
Login: gpropsystems.com/login You need: Your unit number and credentials from the Management Office.
What Gprop Does

Registering a Visitor
- Log in to Gprop
- Go to the Visitor or Guest Pass section
- Enter: visitor name, vehicle plate number, date range, purpose
- Submit — the vehicle is registered in the parking system instantly
No app? Register walk-in at the security post (main lobby).
Rules:
- 48-hour limit per vehicle
- Visitor bays only (don’t park in resident bays)
- RM 50 fine for overstaying
- Multiple passes can be active at the same time
Paying Maintenance Fees
- Log in to Gprop
- Navigate to Payment or Account
- Select your unit and the month
- Pay via the available payment methods
For payment inquiries, email pay.1120pa@gmail.com (statements, invoices, facility rental, deposits, access cards, move in/out).
Access Card Management
- Lost card: Report to security immediately (03-7660 4754) to deactivate, then request a replacement through Gprop or the MO.
- New card: Request through Gprop or visit the MO during office hours.
- Temporary card: Available from security if your card is lost.

When Gprop Isn’t Enough
Gprop handles the digital side. For physical issues:
- Broken lift: Call Security (03-7660 4754) — they contact the lift technician
- Water pipe burst: Call Security — they shut off the valve
- Security concern: Call Security directly
- Administrative complaint: Use the JMB Complaint Form or email mgmto1120@gmail.com
