Resident Car Park
Allocation
- Maximum 2 cars per unit (registered)
- Car park bay allocation is first come, first served
- Submit application at Management Office
- No bay guaranteed — subject to availability
Application
- Visit Management Office during office hours
- Bring: MyKad, vehicle registration, car key (for cloning)
- Fee: RM 100 one-time access card fee per car
- Processing time: 3–5 working days
Rules
- Park only in your allocated bay
- Display parking pass on dashboard
- No parking in non-allocated bays or fire lanes
- No commercial vehicles above 3.5 tonnes
Bicycle Parking
- Designated bicycle parking area in car park Level 1
- Free for all residents
- Bring your own lock
- Management not responsible for lost/damaged bicycles
Fines
